Apartment with stunning altana (roof terrace) and luxury finishes, 150 metres from St. Mark's Square and 300 metres from Rialto Bridge, in the most exclusive location in Venice. On the third floor, we find a living room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the fourth floor, we find the corridor from which the underlying living room can be seen and the second master bedroom that leads to the extraordinary altana (2 extra sleeping places on request). Everything was fine - TV did not work but everything else was fine. Lots of stairs to reach the apartment so be prepared! Good workout!

Fantastic location—just steps from Piazza San Marco and surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our little family, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Being in the heart of Venice made it easy to explore both popular sights and local hidden gems.Just be aware: there’s no elevator, so be prepared for stairs. Despite that, this was a great base for our trip, and we’d happily stay here again.

The location was perfect. It is a lovely apartment with AC!!! We enjoyed our stay. The host helped with restaurant choices too! Thank you!!!

There more stairs then describe, water pressure and longevity of the water was awful! We took two showers and had no water pressure to take another.. Location was great, communication was good.
