An outdoor lovers dream! Close to Zion NP and many other world-famous attractions. Large, open floor plan, beautiful yard, 2-car garage, and bonus game room (“The Barn”). Fully stocked kitchen & laundry room with an induction cook top and a convection oven perfect for baking. Blackout curtains in each bedroom help you get a good night's sleep, along with our high quality mattresses. Everything you need for a convenient & relaxing getaway! Unwind after a day of exploring/recreating in one of 4 outdoor lounging areas that feature propane fire pit, BBQ gas & charcoal briquette grills, outdoor bar w/seating, hammock, garden swing, and plenty of covered outdoor seating. The perfect home away from home! We love dogs and allow you to bring them to stay at our home with an additional nightly fee. We have a nice sized grassy area perfect for play time with the kids or the dog.

Nice, clean house in quiet neighborhood with a lovely back yard. Excellent A/C which was much appreciated as temps were in the 100's while we were there. About 1/2 hour to Zion. About 2 hours to Bryce, north rim of Grand Canyon, & Las Vegas. Communication with host was great. She was very helpful with information on the area. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend. So much better than a hotel!

This house was the most well equipped house I've ever booked. Very clean and family friendly. The host Denise was very responsive and would respond very quickly to any question. I highly recommend this home. I would definately come back. It is perfectly located for Zion National Park.I have issues with VRBO refund policies but that is another story and doesn't affect my opinion of this house.

This property was SO clean and well maintained. I slept very well, as the bed was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We only stayed one night, but I wish we could've stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay during our week-long trip to Zion National Park. The home was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location in La Verkin was perfect. It is close enough to Zion to make daily trips easy while providing a quiet place to unwind after long days of hiking and exploring.The kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire property felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We explored Zion, Bryce Canyon, Kolob Canyons, and the surrounding area, and this property served as an ideal home base for all of our adventures. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting southern Utah.Thank you for helping make our Zion vacation such a memorable experience!
