Podere Par di Rota – Authentic Nature, Silence and Freedom

Nestled among over 500 organic olive trees on the hills above the Certosa di Calci, Podere Par di Rota is the perfect retreat for those seeking to truly disconnect and experience the most authentic side of Tuscany. Here, you won’t find an artificial resort or an urban holiday disguised as countryside: instead, you’ll discover silence, woods, wildlife, sunsets over the hills, and extraordinary views of the Certosa valley.

The property features a private pool, three panoramic open terraces, and spacious outdoor areas where you can read, walk, practice yoga, or simply enjoy the rhythm of nature. There are 3 on-site parking spaces. Pets are welcome, up to 2 per stay. For families with young children, a cot is available. Events are not permitted on the property.

As an isolated country house, you may encounter insects, lizards, hedgehogs, wild boars, or other small animals that are part of the local ecosystem. For this reason, the house is especially suited to those who love genuine nature rather than an artificial environment.

Access is via a narrow mountain road, with some unpaved sections, which helps preserve the tranquility and seclusion of the place. Only suitable for experienced drivers.

If you’re seeking peace, starry skies, the scent of olive trees, and an authentic experience in the heart of Tuscany, Podere Par di Rota awaits you. If you prefer hotel services, nightlife, traffic, shopping malls, or a city holiday, this may not be the right destination for you.
