The unit was clean upon arrival, beautiful views. The walls are thin and the neighbors on both sides were loud all hours. We were a little annoyed when we got there due to the original listing showed a bunkbed in one of the rooms and when we got there there was not and left us having to shuffle to get everyone in a bed.

The condo was lovely and has a great view of the ocean. Communication was great and we had no problems. The beds were so comfortable and we were able to relax on the balcony when we weren't at the beach. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but easy to get to and there are tents and chairs to rent once you get there. The pool was clean and maintained daily. The elevators stopped working but were fixed the same day and you could tell the building was cared for on a regular basis. I definitely recommend!!
