A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
The B in B-Lodge stands for bay, beach, bathing holiday, bikini, swimming trunks, blue sky and beach. Holiday in style. Located on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this ground-floor holiday apartment boasts a fantastic view of the water and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger. With direct access to the small beach, you can watch the children having fun from the terrace. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, this apartment in French country house style is sure to impress. Arriving and feeling at home is guaranteed.
Wellness lovers will get their money's worth, infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool bathtub invite you to relax after a walk on the beach.
Fantastic views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. The harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or a romantic candlelight dinner.
On holiday, there is time for creative cooking, and the fully and individually equipped eat-in kitchen with induction hob and ice cube maker leaves nothing to be desired.
The Home Entertain programme from Telekom, with Smart TV and Internet radio, is available for indoor entertainment.
The two bedrooms offer access to the second terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with an additional TV.
Underfloor heating, whirlpool bath and sauna promise comfort at any time of year.
A private car parking space, a communal electric car charging station and a private bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house.
The holiday property is an apartment on the ground floor.
Our favourite place: Enjoying holiday meals together at the large dining table after a long walk on the beach.
Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
