Modern 2 bedroom condo in St. George, Utah. This condo has a semi-private swimming pool, a large full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and large living room. Each room has a queen sized bed, and the couch folds out to a full. This easy access, ground level condo, is located in the Green Valley area and is less than 10 minutes from Snow canyon, and less than 2 minutes from ATV/UTV and mountain bike trails. If Golf is your sport, Sunbrook Golf Club is just moments away. This condo is good for those who want a quieter, more private get away.

Great property! The location is easy, safe, clean and conveniently located (especially if you're headed to Tuacahn). The parking is right outside the condo door, for those needing some additional mobilty assistance. We loved the "extra touches," such as the higher quality of the facial tissue, toilet paper and paper towels. These things matter! Cheap products make us feel cheap and this was one of the things we appreciated, nothing was "cheap" about this booking, but the price was very reasonable/appropriate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this location in the future!
