This beautiful 2 BEDROOM - 2 BATHROOM condo is HUGE!! 1,000 SF OF DIRECT OCEAN FRONT PROPERTY ON THE 16TH FLOOR of the resort. Enjoy beautiful East Coast Sunrises or watch the dolphin play from your large oceanfront balcony while having your morning coffee. The condo will sleep up to 8 people with a KING BED in the master suite, 2 queens in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each of the 2 spacious bedrooms has it's own private bathroom and flat panel TV. The LARGE KITCHEN is FULLY EQUIPPED with beautiful granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and has everything you would need for those days when you want to just stay at the resort and dine in. You will also have your own PRIVATE WASHER/DRYER in the condo so that you can keep those beach towels and swimsuits dry and ready for use.
OCEANS ONE RESORT is full of FUN AMENITIES to make your vacation a memorable one. Enjoy the day on our beautiful beach, lounge around the large oceanfront pool or float around in the winding lazy river. The kids will love the kiddie splash station that has an umbrella waterfall, and a sunken ship. After a fun evening out, relax in one of the resort's whirlpools while having an evening cocktail.
CONVENIENTLY LOCATED in DOWNTOWN MYRTLE BEACH, Oceans One Resort is close to all downtown attractions and located right by the brand new downtown Boardwalk, where you will find lots of shops and amazing restaurants. Just a block away, you can enjoy the Family Kingdom Amusement Park with thrilling roller coasters, bumper cars, log flume and several other fun rides. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

The condo was very nice. There was silverware, pots, pans, and other kitchen essentials. The view of the beach was beautiful and very relaxing. The instructions were clear in terms of codes and how to find the condo. The condo was clean and inviting.The only negative thing I have to say is we stayed the weekend of bike week, which caused the road to be closed and the town was loud. Also, the hallway of the hotel smelled of pot. None of this is the fault of the hotel or owner though so I still rated a 5/5.

Very nice condo.I did have to buy pot holders and a pizza cutter but thats okay. The door handle to open the washer/dryer closet is loose and may come off. The view is spectacular, the ac was cold. It is worth the money.

I've stayed at Ocean's One four other times and have stayed in VRBOs many times in the past 10 years. This is the ONLY one that doesn't provide toilet paper, soaps, or made beds. Some that I stay at provide coffee, a welcome basket, and, certainly, toilet paper. For less than ten bucks, these owners could provide all of that and simply increase the rental price by a buck or two a night, and the rating would be superior. What is really disappointing, however, is the one-day notification of no paper products (if I brought it from home (Washington state) I would have had to have a larger suit case, which requires checking, which costs 45 each way). Come on, owners! The biggest issue was NO REPLY to my phone call that we didnt' get the email for the code to the front door. We were able to get in, but no one really knew that because no one returned my phone call. Finally, the mattress on one of the beds in the two-bed room was quite poor. Sit on the side of the bed and it feels like a bar is digging into your thigh. And squeak, squeak, squeak every time you move. So, all of this to say, "These are REALLY easy fixes, so fix them." The pluses: Great location--great view, good space.
