**NEW FOR 2026 - A BRAND NEW DECK AND HOT TUB**

Welcome to Sunrise Lake House, where every morning starts with a breathtaking view over Canandaigua Lake. Perfect for families, this spacious Finger Lakes lake home combines luxury, comfort, and plenty of ways to enjoy time together. The open main floor is bright and inviting, with panoramic windows framing stunning lake views. Relax on the wraparound sofa, cook in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and share meals at the dining table that feels almost outdoors thanks to the wall of glass surrounding it.

The main-floor primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct patio access for peaceful mornings by the water. Upstairs, the open loft doubles as a family game room with air hockey and an arcade system—plus two cozy bedrooms (one king, one queen) and a sleeper sofa.

Outside, take the tram down to your 250 feet of private lakefront, perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply soaking up the sunshine. The manicured gardens and quiet setting make it a peaceful retreat after a day exploring nearby wineries, trails, and local favorites like Bristol Mountain or the New York Kitchen.

Located just 15 minutes from downtown Canandaigua and across from Wegmans Organic Farm, Sunrise Lake House offers the ideal balance of relaxation and adventure. Gather the whole family for a stay filled with laughter, sunrise views, and memories you'll treasure long after your vacation ends.
