The Blue Marlin - A113 at North Coast Village
This beautiful one bedroom, one bath beach condo affords great ocean views both from the balcony and from inside the condo! The living room is comfortable and stylish and features a sofa sleeper and 2 comfortable chairs. The dining table seats 4, plus 2 bar stools. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances, and is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and serving pieces for the chef in your party. The bedroom offers a king size bed and more ocean views.
Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.
The A Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has been re-done, and it is gorgeous! There's one reserved parking space in the underground private garage. The maximum size of the vehicle allowed is: Height: 6 ½ Feet; Length: 21 Feet.
North Coast Village is an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, ping pong, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with ping pong, billiards and Foosball.
The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California!
Parties or events are not allowed at this property. There is no central air conditioning at North Coast Village.
The MainStreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of June as a family of four. We absolutely loved it! We did 2 days of Legoland, which was very easy to access from our place. The parking was convenient and safe. Walking along the beach became an evening routine for us. We even walked to the train station and took the Coaster train into San Diego one day (highly recommended). There are many conveniently located restaurants in the area which we took advantage of last night, but the rest of the time we cooked at our place to save some money. The kitchen is well set-up for basic cooking with very new looking appliances. The pull out couch was easy and comfortable for the kids. The grounds were beautiful with easy access to pools and hot tubs. Some things could have used an update, but we didn’t mind the rustic charm. Only downside was there was some noisy construction that would start mid morning. This was about the time we were leaving for the day, so it didn’t bother us though. Overall we were very satisfied and plan to come back and visit soon!

The room was clean and the ocean view was great. Don't leave towels hanging on the balcony to dry or you'll get a warning from the property.
