Come and enjoy life by the seashore at this charming beach condo with a nautical theme. Upgraded with luxury vinyl flooring and quartz counters, this cozy hideaway's living room is complete with a queen size sofa bed and two comfortable chairs. The kitchen was fully remodeled in May 2022 with quartz countertops, new cabinets, and new appliances. The bedroom features a king size bed. A lovely garden view is seen from the balcony. The A building has its own pool, jacuzzi, ping pong, barbecues, and laundry facilities. You are also welcome to use all the amenities of North Coast Village including exercise rooms, saunas, putting green, and an additional pool and spa.
Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.
Experience the magical world of North Coast Village! Ideally located just south of Oceanside Harbor, NCV is an oceanfront property that feels like you're stepping into Maui. Enjoy lush tropical landscaping with heated pools, waterfalls, streams, and Koi pond. There's one reserved parking space in the underground private garage. The maximum size of the vehicle allowed is: Height: 6 ½ Feet; Length: 21 Feet. You'll appreciate the 24 hour security and gated community.
To the north, you can walk or bike to Oceanside’s busy little harbor for a bite to eat or some boating, and to the south, you can venture down the strand to southern California’s longest pier for some fishing (no license needed). North Coast Village is close enough to walk to everything near the beach, so your car can stay in its secure underground parking spot - especially convenient when beach parking becomes a premium in the summer.
Parties or events are not allowed at this property. There is no central air conditioning at North Coast Village.
The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

The place was clean and perfect for our little family. It was nice also having a gym on Property.

My partner and I stayed at this beach condo for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed our visit. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and the location was excellent. We were close to several attractions, including Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch, South Carlsbad State Beach, LEGOLAND California Resort, and the main village area with plenty of coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. We even got to enjoy a weekend night market, which was a fun bonus.The only two minor cons were that my allergies flared up while in the room, possibly due to some dust buildup, and the shower knob appears to be reversed, with cold set to hot and hot set to cold, which caught me off guard a couple of times.Those were very small issues in the bigger picture. The property is well maintained, the neighbors were friendly, the beach access is incredibly convenient, and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. We would happily stay again and would recommend it to other travelers.

Clean and comfortable, but old. You could hear neighbors coming and going and a child started running around in the condo above about 6:30 am each day, which woke us up before we wanted to get up.
