The property was a lot larger inside than on the outside. It setup is a wonderful gathering for large group :).

Joseph was very accommodating in helping one of our guests get in to his rental. He communicates very well and speedy with his responses. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joseph

A few main comments on the property. One, there is no king bed here. 3 queens upstairs that appear new and 2 other beds downstairs. The pool table shown is on a slanted back patio and completely non-playable, all the balls literally roll to one side of the table. The car port is really only for 1 car. The primary bedroom shower is very small, almost impossible to not be directly under a rainforest shower head. Bathrooms appear recently renovated in an otherwise older home.
The property is adjacent to some great walking paths that interconnect with several other major Denver multi-use paths. Great for kids and dog walking off the street.
