On the edge of Lake Memphremagog, completely renovated and decorated to date. Magnificent view of the lake and the marina (the first photo is the view from the balcony)! A complete bedroom on the mezzanine + a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. New fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter, stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave hood, coffee maker and toaster. Conditioning. Wood fireplace (ecological log only $). Cable TV in the living room (dvd) and in the bedroom. Outdoor and indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym. Free WIFI. Bedding included. Short-term dock rental at the marina, which is a 3-minute walk from the condo. Comfort guaranteed in our cozy little condo! Located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. A peaceful, comfortable space with a lovely view. We were there during the week and it was very quiet. The bed in the loft was very comfortable.

It was a nice little place with a lovely water view. The complex is also well run; however the community pool/hottub should be cleaned daily.

The condo was beautifully renovated and had everything that we needed. The facilities (hot tub, pool, sauna) were clean. The view was terrific. We will come back here, perhaps in the summer next time. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!

The location beside the lake and the 10-15 minute walk up to Main Street were the highlights of our stay. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. The condo was well equipped. We cooked all our breakfasts and one supper and we had all the amenities we needed. We used the pool, hot tub and sauna once and it was great. The only difficulty for older clients would be the walking up to the 3rd floor with your suitcase and supplies and the steep stairs up to the bedroom inside the condo. We managed fine but I could see it being an issue with older people. Overall it was great.
