Bring the entire family, plan the perfect girls trip, or just come here to enjoy the peace and quiet. Deer will roam all year long, two paddle boards (with seats!), two kayaks available for use, and an outdoor fire pit for those colder months! Water shoes recommended!

Bedrooms:
4 spacious bedrooms, each with memory foam beds and luxurious linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
1st bedroom: King Bed (1 level with full bath)
2nd bedroom: Queen Bed (2nd level)
3rd bedroom: King Bed (2nd level with on suite bathroom)
4th bedroom: 2 Full Beds (2nd level)
+ also available is a memory foam pull out couch and an air mattress for your use

- Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials. Forgot something? Don’t worry, we have your essentials like Q-tips, disposable tooth brushes, makeup wipes and more.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker. We provide everything you need including paper towels, dish soap, basic spices and more. Enjoy preparing your favorite meals while gazing out at the lake.

- Living Area: Open-concept living space with a cozy fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for family gatherings or movie nights. Lots of games to enjoy with the family and a cozy reading nook to enjoy your favorite book!

- Dining Area: Large dining table with seating for 8, perfect for family meals or game nights. Outdoor dining table for 6 along with 4 outdoor barstools.

Bringing the kids? Don’t worry! We have everything and more for your family. Highchair, pack n play, baby gates, white noise machines, kid friendly dishes, walker and booster seats all available!

- Sanders Ferry Park: A great park on the lake for you and your family to enjoy, just 5 minutes away! Enjoy activities such as boating, water sports, and seasonal events at the lake.
