The Space:
This beautiful single family home has a spacious, sunny interior. It's a perfect respite for relaxation and all the comforts of vacation!
The 'Cottage' is close to many Santa Cruz attractions with a location near the Santa Cruz Yacht harbor as well as Downtown Santa Cruz. Only 2 blocks away from the famous Seabright Beach - where the seals, dolphins, and sea otters like to play! Walk to well-known local eateries, coffee shops, and bars within a few minutes. You can park your car for this vacation!
Relax in the living room and kick back in comfortable furniture. Enjoy the gas fireplace or host game night with a collection of board games and puzzles! Watch TV/DVD's in a bright and cheery atmosphere with access to free streaming TV (hundreds of channels!), Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc. (Note: TV does not have cable)
A fully-stocked kitchen offers lots of counter space and is adjacent to a dining room. We have included basic cooking spices and kitchen essentials for your convenience.
The Master Bedroom is located upstairs with a queen size bed and features a walk-in closet, bathroom and a private outside deck. Lounge chairs are on the deck waiting for you to sip delicious early morning coffee. Adjacent to the Master Bedroom is a cozy loft with a comfortable futon that can be turned into an extra bed and a TV for relaxation time.
The downstairs bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin on top over a double bed on the bottom. Near a full bathroom with a large closet and bureau, this room is wonderful for kids and/or a small family.
A cabinet full of beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs will enhance your visits to the beach. A quiet, garden patio complete with an outdoor shower is just outside the back door of this classic beach home. What a perfect way to return home after a full day at Seabright beach!
Surf City Rentals Policy

Things that are important to me when renting a vacation home: location, cleanliness, hot water for showers. This property was excellent on all counts. Plenty of room for me, my husband and our two young adult children. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Seabright cottage was exactly as expected. Plenty of room, comfortable and well stocked. Communication with our host was easy. Location was ideal.

The kitchen was spotless and ready for creating. There were many spices. Being a townhouse, the main bedroom and bathroom is upstairs, worked well for us. It was a lovely, short walk to Seabright Beach. Coffee shops, burgers, and breakfast spots easily within walking distance.

The property was in a great location and was just as advertised. However, all three beds were very uncomfortable, with lousy bedding and cheap pillows.
