Located in Bonaire, Alcúdia, the villa is a few minutes' walk from crystal clear coves and a short drive from the Port of Alcúdia, where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, shops and a wide range of leisure activities.
Services and conditions of stay.
The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

The location of the villa in Bonaire was ideal for us, quiet and closed to the beach. Starting our rides through the Serra de Tramuntana and discovering the hermitage route of El Raiguer were unexpected of our planned trip. The private swimming pool and barbecue area were the absolute highlights. After long rides, it was exactly what we needed to relax by the pool. We would highly recommend it to other groups of friends and families.
It would be good to have more sunbeds.

We enjoyed our stay, the quality-price is good and the house is clean, is very close to the port so you can walk around a visit some restaurants. The service of the agency was good so we can recommend them.

We stayed in August and were very happy. The house is well equipped and clean, and it had air conditioning in all the rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. It is close to the port and there are several restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. We will definitely be back, as the price is very competitive for the dates we came.

Great location and a spacious property with absolutely first class service from Pere,
Minimal negatives but the property though spacious and clean could do with a few cosmetic updates though hard to be too critical because it was great value.
