Wonderful place to stay if going to Busch Gardens or Colonial Williamsburg. Hosts were always available if you needed anything. The view of the James River sitting on the back deck with a cup of coffee in the morning was awesome.

Overall it was a very cute VRBO, the beds were a little firm but overall the stay was very nice.

Great location, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the trails, fishing in the pond, and the small balcony was perfect for reading in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.
