Reviewer Comments:
Coastal Cottage was perfect for our family! Very well maintained and clean property. Plenty of beach towels and beach supplies. FDR was very responsive and delivered a beach wagon to the property after we discovered we did not have one. 10/10 would recommend this house and we cannot wait to rent again! Great location for the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and shopping!

The property was exactly as described, comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was fantastic and one of the highlights of the trip. It was conveniently close to restaurants, shops, attractions, and transportation, while still feeling peaceful and private. It made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable. The home itself was very clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. Every room was organized and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The beds were comfortable, the amenities worked perfectly, and it was clear the property is cared for with attention to detail. The vacation rental management staff was also extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was quick, professional, and friendly before and during our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and they made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of.Overall, this was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with outstanding customer service.

We enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria. This house has a great location- it’s just a short walk to the beach! We also really liked relaxing in the backyard/pool. I was surprised that there was an additional fee for paying by credit card. It’s stated in the rental agreement, but I didn’t read it closely enough. Overall, everything was great!

Reviewer Comments:
The rental is in a great location (walking distance to numerous restaurants) and was very clean inside the house. The furnishings were great (beds were comfortable). The pool was dirty and really unusable.Overall, the house is an older home updated with small bed rooms and bathrooms. While the home was clean it was a real downer the the pool was dirty. When you look at the overall cost (rental, cleaning, property management)...Not worth the price!
