We enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria. This house has a great location- it’s just a short walk to the beach! We also really liked relaxing in the backyard/pool. I was surprised that there was an additional fee for paying by credit card. It’s stated in the rental agreement, but I didn’t read it closely enough. Overall, everything was great!

Everything was great. Clean house, nice pool, and walkable to restaurants and beaches.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is in a great location (walking distance to numerous restaurants) and was very clean inside the house. The furnishings were great (beds were comfortable). The pool was dirty and really unusable.Overall, the house is an older home updated with small bed rooms and bathrooms. While the home was clean it was a real downer the the pool was dirty. When you look at the overall cost (rental, cleaning, property management)...Not worth the price!
