The yard was fenced in which is great for my dog. The house was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to punta gorda airport. Pool is very nice. Did not realize it wasn’t heated but was still warm enough to go in for the weeks we were there. Overall great area. Beaches were closed due to the hurricane so we travelled to Venice which is only an hour away. Would rent in port charlotte again.
