Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Fabulous beach condo decorated in peaceful neutral colors and curated with an exquisite designer’s touch. Everywhere you look there is something beautiful and most pleasing to look at. High-end finishes and decor thoughtfully arranged for comfort and artistic expression. Every need and detail was considered to make your stay relaxing and perfected in every way. The waterfront wrap-around balcony was larger than most balconies and furnished like an outdoor living/dining space which we enjoyed every morning and evening. Every room was sparkling clean upon our arrival and afforded lots of natural sunlight, lovely waterfront boating views, and privacy. This beach home exceeded our expectations and made it hard to have to depart after our 9-day stay!

Beautiful condo on the East Pass. We enjoyed the view.We were given the wrong front door code. The master bath shower drain stopped up, maintainece had to be called. Leak from a sprinkler head in master bath. No facial tissue provided, not enough toilet paper, only two dishwasher pods given.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

The main reason we booked this unit was the location - it was on the beach. But the advertisement and the photos were somewhat misleading. Imagine our surprise when we got out on the balcony and realize we cannot swim there. To swim in the ocean, you must walk to the beaches and they are not near, especially when you are carying all the stuff with you. If we wanted that we would’ve booked a less expensive, across the street from the beach type of property. To access the beach on the right of the property, you must go through the main gate (the one you drive through) because the other gates are locked with a cord lock. The apartment was cute, but could’ve been cleaner. Lots of dust everywhere so if you have allergies like we do, this may be an issue. The appointment does offer a beautiful views (minus the unfinished metal wall in the front with black plastic sticking out).Sad to say but we would not recommend the property or would stay there again.
