Renter Said it was fixed (management company)Lamp in bedroom is missing switch to turn it off and on had to switch it from other lamps Atmosphere around Edgewater. Was several random people not even in Edgewater staying Security needs to improve one of our units. Someone strange showed up at door had to call police The room was okay for the stay. But the communication. With management company stated it was corrected before check in. And that managers do walk through to make sure before check in

Really enjoyed a relaxing vacation. Was very grateful for the management’s attention to the minor issues I mentioned to them and their prompt service.

Washing machine didn't work. The balcony door was hard to open and the outside handle was broke, to where it couldn't be opened from the outside. Cushioned chair had a broke leg causing it to wobble. The room was clean and the location was nice.
