North shore home located in Kings Beach Ca. This home is a short 8-10 min walk to cafe's, shopping, restaurants, sporting shops, bars, and best of all the sandy beaches of Lake Tahoe. This home is convenient for all year round activities. We are minutes from beautiful hikes including the Tahoe Rim trail, golf, fishing, or mountain biking the Tahoe Flume. Coming to ski? Northstar ski Resort is 10 minutes away and we are also a short drive to Mount Rose Diamond Peak and Squaw Valley. If your coming just to relax the house has a large deck with plenty of seating for your entire family and friends, or wind down in the spa located on the back deck. All the necessary essentials for cooking i.e. pots, pans, utensils, blender, crock pot, coffee pot, Keurig, gas BBQ are included. Dining room seats 6 with a High Chair avail. Cable TV in living room and TV in master ready for FireStick or google TV. Wireless internet access is also included.
The home offers a master with king bed, bedroom 2 with a king bed, and bedroom 3 with a queen bed and full crib with Pack & Play on site for use. If you have more than 6 there is plenty of room for a inflatable mattress in the upstairs bedroom. There are two full bath rooms, one in the master, one up stairs, and a half bath downstairs. However there is no tub, only showers. Gas fireplace, large couch and love seat in the living room. A washer and dryer are available to use in the basement.

Great location and cozy house

This property is amazing! My family loved the area we were in, and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone. We had 8 people in the house, and there was still enough room to be comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and very easy to get in contact with. The house was super clean, and there were a variety of different appliances available. We spent time in the hot tub as well and it did not disappoint. Overall we are very happy with our stay and would definitely return!

Our family of nine stayed 4 nights and loved this home! The beds were comfy and the space was perfect. The location made it easy to walk to the beach/lake and explore what Kings Beach had to offer.
Just as many of the Lake Tahoe rentals, there is no AC, which we were aware of prior and prepared for. The main floor got warm in the middle of the afternoon but was able to cool down in the evening with open windows and doors. Upstairs stayed pretty warm, despite opening the windows and utilizing fans. Just be prepared.

This was a great property for our family vacation with two additional teen friends. The kids (4 teens total) had both rooms upstairs and shared the upstairs bathroom with no issues at all. The downstairs master bedroom is spacious and cozy at the same time. Very comfortable home for everyone in our party. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to rent here again. I gave the location 4 stars instead of five because of the maintenance issues with the surrounding properties on the drive to the property (some rundown houses). This house itself is adorabale and was very nicely remodeled. We actually thought it was the best looking house in the neighborhood!
