The apartment is located inside an elegant building of architectural importance, protected by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, on the 2nd floor with elevator. Overlooking you will have the pleasure of admiring the whole pedestrian area of Via del Corso, the most central street of Rome, up to the obelisk of Piazza del Popolo.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, second double bedroom with adjoining bathroom, large living room with sofas and double sofa bed and a small equipped kitchen. The house combines the comforts of a modern home (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, microwave) with the charm of a period house (original frescoes of the early '900 in the living room, high ceilings decorated, furniture good antiques, parquet).
If you arrive by train at Termini Station, thanks to Line A of the Metro, you will arrive at the nearby stop "Piazza di Spagna". Few pleasant steps in the most picturesque streets and you will be at home.
If you arrive by plane at the Leonardo da Vinci airport of Fiumicino you can easily reach the Termini station with the Leonardo Express Line.
If you arrive at Ciampino airport you can reach the Termini station directly with the bus that has the terminus in the same square of the airport.
Those arriving by car can use the Ludovisi car park, near Piazza di Spagna.

The location of the property was excellent and communication with the host was great. Within walking distance to most popular attractions. Very much recommend having the host arrange van service from the airport to the property. Apartment was clean. Only suggestion to host is to add a small amount of silverware and plates.

This was a great location for us. We were able to walk to most areas, but did need transportation to others. The apartment was very clean but could use some updating. Nothing major, since it was nice to stay in a classic building. Our host, Giulia, was great! She notified us that our flight was cancelled before we found out from the airline. She had arranged for a driver to pick us up and modified it based on our delays. These efforts were greatly appreciated and we thank you!

The host was exceptional. Arranged transportation both from and to the airport. Location was also exceptional. We walked to the colosseum (27 min) and Vatican city(30 minutes). All sites were within walking distance, the place is unique in a great part of old Rome. Great vibes close to shopping and a small market. The condo is a bit dated. We found the beds hard and the couches could use a bit of an update. The were super uncomfortable. Everything else was great. We would recommend for sure.
