From the moment you step inside, you will be captivated by the authentic character of the space: exposed limestone walls and massive timber beams that tell the story of Paris. This historic setting has been enhanced with high-end contemporary furniture and brand-new amenities, ensuring a seamless stay for up to 4 guests.
The layout has been thoughtfully designed for your privacy. An elegant, adjustable room divider allows you to separate the sleeping area—featuring a comfortable queen size bed (160x200) and custom storage—from the rest of the living space. The spacious and welcoming lounge area includes a latest-generation convertible sofa bed queen size (160x200), offering high-quality sleep for two additional guests. The property’s double exposure, with one window overlooking the street and another facing a peaceful interior courtyard, provides natural light and a serene atmosphere throughout the day.

Great small flat in ideal location. Perfectly situated in the Saint Michel neighbourhood, surrounded by the Latin Quarter, Saint-Germain-du-Pres, and Notre Dame literally an 8 min walk. Easily walkable to many major sites and Metro/RER stations (line C to both CDG and Versailles).
This apartment is clean and modern in an classic buidling with exposed stone and ancient timber beams. The host Maikel and manager Dylan were both very responsive. They were also helpful with suggestions for activities, luggage storage, food, and making sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our visit to Paris.
We really did enjoy almost everything about our stay. The only drawback was the noise in the building that seemed a constant of gates and doors all night long. Bring your earplugs or put on some white noise and enjoy everything this great flat has to offer.

Great location and solid communication with owner but this is a small space, more a crash pad than a place to cook or eat. The sofa bed was not clean - we had to brush aside dirt when we opened it up for use.
