What a wonderful AirBnB. It was clean, spotless and well put together with just about anything you would want or need for your stay. The furniture was new, comfortable and very stylish. You were greeted with a few snacks, water and coffee to enjoy while you are settling in during your stay. She made sure they left a notebook with instructions and places to checkout during your stay. We travel quite often to Knoxville and we are already looking forward booking another stay here. Great value and well worth every penny.

Very clean with extremely comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. Garage access was added bonus. Very convenient to anywhere you wanted to go in Knoxville. Stayed 5 nights and only heard the train one morning at 6:30am. Very quiet otherwise. Would definitely stay again.

This property was beautiful and immaculately clean! The host thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable—even providing complimentary coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was peaceful and serene, offering a quiet retreat, yet it was conveniently close to all the attractions and necessities we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be coming back for our next visit!

I don’t know that we can say enough about this property. Definitely one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. The house was very well maintained, VERY clean and had nice amenities. Parking was great, we are also were able to park in the garage (garage remote provided)- which was a nice touch. The host was responsive and there were clear house guidelines/instruction posted throughout. If there was one negative it was that it was very close to train tracks and trains came through nightly - but we found more humor in that than annoyance. But, the location, house amenities and cleanliness made the stay a great experience. Overall the best experience we have had in our VRBO travels - definitely a MUST stay and we will be back!

The VRBO was very neat and clean. It was very nice to have a garage to park in. I appreciate the owners leaving a garage opener for us to use.
