Beachfront Paradise!
Welcome to Florence II #203, a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo located on South Padre Island! This complex is located directly on the beachfront, and has a nice outdoor area with a heated pool! Guests will have a great island vacation in this beautiful condo. The balcony offers fantastic close-up ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico! The living room is spacious, has a flat screen tv, and ample seating which allows plenty of room for guests to sit and relax. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has all cooking supplies such as pots, pans, and cooking utensils for guests to use. The dining area offers seating for 4 people plus an additional two bar stools are located at the kitchen island. The master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen tv. The room is spacious and has a great ocean view and easy access to the oceanfront balcony. The master bathroom has a large countertop for guests to use and entails a tub/shower. The guest room has two full beds and a flat screen tv. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower.
The condominium complex also offers an onsite laundry facility for your convenience and is located within walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and entertainment venues!

Every stay at Florence II #203 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

We loved staying at this condo. It was clean and bright, and the location was perfect. So easy to access the beach and a gorgeous ocean view from the two balconies! The pool was heated, which was a definite plus since the weather turned cold when we first got there. We had one maintenance issue, and they showed up to fix it almost immediately. It was also nice that they only rent to families during spring break so we weren’t surrounded by rowdy college kids. There was some construction going on in the condo next door which was pretty loud, but that was one of the few negatives. Parking for one car was provided — it’s covered in a garage with easy access to the elevator to get to the condo. Make sure to bring your own beach towels as these are not provider. I would personally recommend bringing your own bath towels, as the ones in the condo are pretty small. We did have to buy hand soap as there wasn’t any in the kitchen or bathrooms. Overall, though, 5 out of 5 stars. Definitely recommend!

Their view, location and bed/bath is just as described. We needed to find inner peace for a few days and that sunrise and close walk to the beach helped.
Property was very responsive when we locked ourselves out.
Wish there were two less codes to get in/out/around as that was the part that required us to have our phones that had all the codes.
Dated inside but that was as advertised. Responsiveness was great and the place was just what we needed and close to everything. We were lucky enough to get to watch a rocket launch on Monday. We will be back

We had a great time. My husband and I celebrated our 12 yr anniversary and it was the best getaway we truly needed. Thank you SPI for an amazing relaxing time.
