This well presented town house is all you need for a great family holiday with a large spacious kitchen with quality inclusions including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, separate dining area, internal laundry, large leather lounge, smart tv, Wi fi and spacious pergola covered courtyard with Bbq.
The Townhouse has 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet located downstairs and a single garage.
Located only 1km from Shelly Beach and Shelly Beach Golf Club 1.3km from Toowoon Bay Beach and park area and 2.6 km from Bateau Bay Square which has all your shopping needs covered this properties central location is a perfect place for your next holiday.
Only a short walk (or drive) you have the choice of many of our Central Coast beautiful beaches to choose from, including The Entrance Ocean Baths(Patrolled), The Entrance Beach (Patrolled), Toowoon Bay Beach (Patrolled), Shelly Beach (Patrolled), Blue Bay Beach and many more; you won't be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or a relaxing place to lay and read your book.
For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest and take the flying fox across the valley.

Finding the Agency was a little challenging due to limited parking but otherwise communication and interactions were very good.

Heaps of space. Great quiet location

The place comfortably accommodated 5 adult and a baby, very nice and clean. The toy selection was good and very handy as weather was rainy... Century 21 was very helpful and easily contactable. Beds were comfortable for all rooms - had to use fans and draft to keep the upstairs reasonably cool. I'm glad to choose that place and thanks for letting.

Very nice property, nice and spacious. Bathrooms were a bit understocked (not enough toilet paper and no soap in the downstairs toilet). Good location and great amenities. Would stay again
