Awesome views, amazing room BUT AC did not work the entire stay and one bathroom couldn’t be used due to toilet kept clogging up, stayed in contact about it and nothing ever done. AC never go fixed. And showers didn’t stay hot long (but we understand it’s a huge building) Outside of those two major issues we had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone going to stay here, we had the best views loved our balcony and condo was just amazing and just like home.

The only issue we had were with the TV's. the master bedroom TV did not work at all and there were only 4 batteries total so even if it did work, we didn't have enough batteries for all three televisions. but it worked out well and we had excellent family time instead of a TV being on. :) There was a plastic spoon in the dishwasher that appeared to have been melted, found the day we checked in. I took it out and placed it in a drawer and cleaned the dishwasher up from the plastic that was in there. overall, a really great stay for our vacation!!!
