All bedding towels and wash clothes provided now. This home is located in the beautiful private community in Towamensing Trails. We are a 2 minute walk to the beautiful lake, beach, pool, playground, boat rentals, clubhouse, and sand volleyball court. We are also located 10 minutes from Big Boulder and 25 minutes to Jack Frost Ski Resorts and so much more.
Our home is 3 stories and offers 4 queen bedrooms , plus a kids room with 4 twin beds. 2 1/2 baths. A bedroom with a queen bed located on the ground level along with 2 game rooms which features a pool table, conversion ping pong table, Poker table, tv, foosball table, NBA jams arcade, cocktail arcade machine with over 1100 classic games. PLUS hot tub off game room. Ground level also has a 1/2 bath. Main level offers 2 bedrooms 1 with a queen bed with jack and jill bathroom and the 2nd bedroom offers 4 twin beds with a tv. Large windows in all rooms offer beautiful views. Gas fireplace with remote. Fully stocked kitchen with extra seating at breakfast bar. Dining room and living room on this level. 3rd floor offers 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and a full bathroom. Sit on the large wrap around deck and enjoy the view perfect for stargazing at night.

A perfect weekend in a beautiful house!The property was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Brian was wonderful to communicate with and made the check-in process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect house to stay in!

Brian & Stacy are phenomenal hosts. The property is well maintained, the bedrooms are clean & the common rooms are perfect for gatherings. The hot tub is always in order and clean. Communication with the hosts couldn't be better. If you are looking for a great house in the area with great hosts, look no further. Just don't book when I plan to because this is my go to property! :D

Great property; very clean and up to date. Lots of space. Loved the game room and hot tub. Responsive host to communication. Would stay here again

Although we had a very nice vacation we loved how close of a walk it was to the pool and lake. However…
1. The grill needs to be replaced we couldn’t even cook on it because it needed a good cleaning which we’re attempting to do until we notice the inside lid was cracking & peeling paint off so I was to afraid that while cooking it would fall onto the food.
2. The bed on the second floor needs to be replaced very uncomfortable, squeaky and you would just roll into the middle of the bed.
3. The tables were dusty and the floors all around the edges was dirty.
4. Living room furniture was old and uncomfortable you would sink right into the cushions.
We hope you take this as constructive criticism in order to help you.
On a good note the owners were very attentive and nice.
