A one of a kind 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom property that is built to impress with gorgeous high end materials and is one of just seven properties in the quaint "Pu'uwai Ali'i" subdivision. The gated entrance, majestic surrounding trellises, and handsome motor court welcome visitors leading them past fragrant florals and waterfall cascade to a formal foyer and living room opening to expansive panoramic ocean views! High open-beam ceilings include tropical louver windows ensuring fresh breezes and ventilation year-round, while Turkish travertine stone floors, marble counters and bathrooms offer a continuous aesthetic opening out to a lanai and large infinity pool while simultaneously adjoining each area of the estate beautifully.

We were able to spend two and a half months here and enjoyed everything about this property. Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood and amazing views of the coastline and the Pacific. The floorplan was well thought out with plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen was supplied with nice dishes and plenty of kitchen extras. We only ate out twice and that was lunch... It was more enjoyable for us to cook at home and take advantage of everything we had there. We spent hours on the lanai just enjoying the view and surroundings. The master bedroom was very comfortable, and any guests we had said the same of the guest rooms and beds. The fish were a lot of fun. We fed them every morning before our walk, and they seemed to always be "watching" for us. Beautiful fruit trees and the best grapefruit we've ever eaten! The oranges, avocados and papaya were also very good. Hands down, this has been a favorite of all the places we've stayed in Kona. Thank you for letting us enjoy the winter months in your home... It was the best!

What a wonderful vacation home to stay at! We loved every minute of our stay! It was so relaxing and comfortable! We loved it so much we did not do much sightseeing! We just wanted to sit on the patio and enjoy the birds and view! I would recommend this lovely home to everyone!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Puuwai Alii Estate in Kona, Hawaii, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, we were enchanted by the beauty, luxury, and attention to detail that this vacation rental offered.The first thing that struck us upon arrival was the stunning location. Perched on a hillside overlooking the ocean, the views from the estate were simply breathtaking. The property itself was spacious and well-designed, providing plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy ourselves. The interior was beautifully decorated with a blend of modern amenities and traditional Hawaiian charm. The living areas were comfortable and inviting, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring the island.One of the highlights of this estate was the outdoor space. We spent many afternoons lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun, and taking in the panoramic ocean views. The outdoor dining area and grill were also fantastic additions, allowing us to have memorable al fresco meals while enjoying the tropical breeze.The bedrooms were well-appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of adventure. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustling of palm trees was a wonderful way to start each day.The property management team at Kona Hawaii Rentals was professional and accommodating. They were responsive to our needs and provided excellent service from the booking process through check-out. We were also given helpful information about the local area, including recommendations for restaurants, activities, and must-visit attractions.
