A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Plaza 1408 gives families extra room to breathe in Lakeside Village, pairing a main-floor bedroom with a kids-favorite sleeping loft up the spiral staircase.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- King bed downstairs, two twins in the curtained loft
- Sofa sleeper — sleeps six altogether
- Vaulted living room with river-rock gas fireplace
- Balcony with Adirondack chairs and mountain views
- Nearby pool, hot tub, sauna & steam room
- Ski lockers in the garage
Evenings gather everyone by the stone fireplace, where the leather sofas and mounted TV make movie night automatic and the big farmhouse table — bench seating included — hosts everything from spaghetti dinners to card tournaments. The kitchen's breakfast bar seats four, so the pancake flipper always has an audience.
Kids race up the spiral stairs to claim the loft, where two cozy beds tuck behind white privacy curtains like a secret fort and a desk handles homework or puzzles. Parents get the quiet main-floor bedroom, and the split bathroom — vanity in one room, tub and shower in another — keeps morning traffic moving. A sofa sleeper covers extra friends.
By day, the shuttle whisks you to Keystone's lifts while your skis wait in the garage lockers; by afternoon, the nearby pool house delivers hot-tub soaks, sauna sessions, and steam-room warm-ups before you drift back to the balcony to watch alpenglow on the range. Give the family a Keystone home base to remember — book Plaza 1408 now.
Parking is one permitted vehicle in the shared garage.

My family of four had a great stay at this condo. The pictures are accurate. The views of the mountains are lovely. Super close to ski lifts. The condo has almost everything you will need. There is an elevator to use to make carrying up your belongings instead of using stairs. We did not realize that until after several trips up and down. We did have an issue with the internet and tv connection but after calling the property manager in the evening, they sent someone over within the hour and got it resolved for us. Would definitely recommend this stay!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo loft and it was perfect for a family of 3. The fireplace made for a very cozy feel in the living room. Our teen enjoyed having the loft all to himself. There were a few little things that could be improved, like tightening up the chairs in the dining room, and having a higher toilet. The king size bed is also VERY hard and I found it really difficult to sleep on. Having the spa with all of its amenities close by was really nice. You do have to walk up a couple flights of stairs so be prepared with your luggage. Overall we enjoyed our time here.
