Kona is a world-class destination for deep-sea fishing, home to the annual International Billfish Tournament in August and the legendary IRONMAN World Championship in October. The cooler upland slopes are famous for producing the region s celebrated Kona coffee.

Security Notice: For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front of the home facing the gate from the carport and at the rear of the property.
Concierge Services: We are also able to coordinate a variety of additional services including, but not limited to, supplemental housekeeping services, kayak paddle board rentals, pre-arrival grocery shopping, a private chef, nanny service, on site massage, etc. Just ask and will make every effort to accommodate your request!

To ensure a seamless experience, we have the following booking requirements for Christmas and New Year s stays:
- If booking over both Christmas and New Year s, a 10 night stay is required.
- If not staying for both holidays, check-in and check-out must fall between December 26 29.
