This beautiful condo is the size of a whole home but it is located inside of a Fully Updated 3 Unit Condo Building with 2 other condos also available to rent! With 11-foot tall ceilings and ample natural lighting, this newly renovated gem effortlessly combines modern comfort with timeless charm.
Featuring two king beds, a full bed, and a twin beds, your condo comfortably accommodates large groups or families. **This apartment is in a raised home! You will need to walk up a full flight of stairs to enter the apartment! ** You will have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the kitchen, the bathroom and two bedrooms. The first bedroom serves a bedroom and can serve as a living room if you wish to used the full size Day Bed with trundle bed as couch instead! In the first bedroom there are two doors. The door to the right leads passed the bed will enter the kitchen and living room with all new stainless steel appliances and bar height table! The other doors in the first bedroom on the left hand side of the room leads to the 2nd bedroom with a King Bed, and 3rd bedroom which has a king bed and a full bathroom. Every Bedroom has their own smart Roku TV for you to sign into your own TV apps!

Located next to two other short term rentals. The walls have been insulated and have double sheetrock on each side as per code, but voices and footsteps can be heard when groups get very loud! Only the first bedroom is on the combining wall of the house and the two bedrooms down the hall do not share a wall with the neighboring units!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, quiet and conveniently located. Comunication was excellent throughout our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washer and dryer were excellent as well. Parking was a little difficult, but with a bit of patience we were able to find a spot for our car. I truly recomend this place 100% and would definitely rent it again withour hesitation. My family and I are very grateful for such a pleasant stay.

The only issue we had was parking. But, we were able to make it work. Other than that it was a very cute place, clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The showers were a plus, because they were huge!!! Would recommend to anyone.

The property was clean and convenient and there was great communication with our host. The property itself is basically 3 bedrooms with no living room area. It can sleep 8 but definitely not comfortably. Small kitchen and no eating or living area for larger groups. Again great stay it just want big enough for larger groups.
