Fees from the city etc were misleading but that’s my fault for not being aware

Location is perfect! We thought we had a lot of privacy because we were on the backside near the pool. Sunday morning we could hear the guests’ in the neighboring room entire conversation. They were talking in normal voices so the walls appear to be very thin
