The elegant, richly appointed Spinnaker accommodates two adults and features one heavenly king-sized bed, built-in gas fireplace, and a private screened-in porch overlooking the Folly River. Room amenities include flat-screen television, independent climate control, smartphone compatible alarm clock/radio with sound machine, ironing board and iron, miniature refrigerator and coffee maker, and electronic room safe. The spacious bathroom features a jetted, garden-sized tub and separate standing shower. All bathrooms are furnished with cozy guest towels, plush robes, beach towels for guest use, and the finest amenities.

Air conditioning not working
3/5 -upside- fun and great views, breakfast was yummy, cookies wonderful, fun happy hour with fun wine. I loved the ride/beach chairs/umbrella. Loved that the balcony was screened in to keep out the bugs. Downfall- The AC was out down stairs and all that was said was “AC is out downstairs…sorry” on a sign on the front desk. You could hear everything in the halls from your room. Room had a room air conditioner it was just ok cooling room to sleep. Over all enjoyed my stay would book again. I am sure air conditioning would be better next time.That stuff can't be helped sometimes.
