Close to food shops and nightlife establishments, daycare centers and children's activities, ice rink in winter, 100 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF and also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car). Large private courtyard. Bordering a watercourse.

KITCHEN: 3-burner induction cooktop, hood, electric oven, capsule and filter coffee maker, 218 L refrigerator-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, raclette/pierrade and fondue appliances,

Logement bien agencé, très très bien équipé, au coeur du centre ville et des activités.
Seul petit bémol, le stationnement le plus proche qui est très cher (quand on doit déposer les courses / valises), mais les grands parking publics (gratuit en été) sont accessibles a 5min de marche.

Next to all conforts, really well equipped, a nice balcony with a lot of sun, a lot of parking for the own car in the nearby. A well equipped kitchen and washing machine
The bed was top short, for a 1,80m person can be difficult to sleep. Bed confort is not at the French standard
