Apartment renovated in 2016, in a residence of 7 apartments, located in the center of La Clusaz, close to shops, restaurants and a watercourse. 450 m from the Crêt du merle ski lifts and 600 m from Bossonnet. Shuttles at 150 m.

LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: (tiled with base on floor), 2-PERSON SOFA BED (160X190), television, South-facing balcony with garden furniture (table, 3 chairs and 3 loungers), West-facing window, dining area, sink, 4-plate induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster, blender, raclette and fondue sets, cabinets with all necessary kitchen items, high chair
BEDROOM 1: 2 single beds in 90 (possibility to form a double bed of 180), wardrobe, window,
