Ben the host gave great instructions to find and enter location and ensured our stay was enjoyable

There were no instructions for anything - including how to lock the door or the boiling water tap. There were holes in the pillow cases and the bedding was very creased and crinkly - with a funny odour. The whole place needed a good clean - lots of dog hairs on the sofa and was really quite dusty. When we stripped the bedding - there were blood stains on the pillows. Good location and the water pressure was great.
