The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in Storey Lake Resort – an exceptional eight-bedroom, five-bathroom house with high-speed Wi-Fi, a cinema room, a game room and room for 24 to spread out and relax.
SLEEPING: eight comfortable bedrooms, including a main suite with private bathroom – plenty of space for grandparents, cousins and friends.
LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for big family breakfasts, generous dining and living areas, a cinema room for movie nights, a game room for friendly competition, and a laundry room.
OUTDOORS: your very own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before your reservation.
INCLUDED: 24 towels, fresh linens and a welcome kit to get you started (it cannot be replaced).
RESORT: The Hideaway Club at Storey Lake offers a resort-style pool and spa, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, mini golf, fitness center and poolside dining.
LOCATION: about 13 minutes to Walt Disney World and 2.5 miles to Disney Springs and the Lake Buena Vista Outlets, with Universal, SeaWorld, shopping and restaurants all close by.
Guest Access:
The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, game room, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom and living area. STOREY LAKE RESORT: show your booking confirmation and ID to the guard to receive an access code for your stay. Clubhouse address: 4693 Fairy Tale Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34746. All guest names must be registered before arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Storey Lake Resort is a gated community on Osceola Parkway and SR 535 – one of the closest resorts to Walt Disney World, and you can reach the parks without even touching I-4. The Hideaway Club is the heart of the fun: a resort-style pool and spa, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, mini golf, fitness center, kayak rentals and poolside dining and bar. Disney Springs and the Lake Buena Vista Outlets are 2.5 miles away, and Orlando International Airport about 17 miles.
Getting Around:
A car is the most convenient way to explore: the resort sits right by Osceola Parkway and SR 535 with quick access to the theme parks, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are widely available.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.
GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.
POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.
GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.
HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.
AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

The house absolutely needs a new couch. It was extremely uncomfortable because it was sprung.

Host: Communication from the host was excellent from booking till departure. They let us check in an hour early for no additional cost which was a huge plus for us.House: Value for money spent was worth it and worked for our purpose. It was clean upon arrival, and I liked that it was on a corner and only had neighbors on one side. The most disappointing was the game room. The pool table was very worn, and the air hockey table was wobbly and did not blow air as it should to move the puck. We didn't play foosball. The gaming system did not work, and the rechargeable batteries did not charge. The movie theatre seats were very comfortable, but the only sound came out of the projector on the ceiling which was difficult to hear unless you were sitting in the 2 seats directly under it. Towels were provided but no washcloths! We had to buy them. I would highly suggest putting anti-slip mats or something in the bathtubs as they get extremely slippery. Property: The resort is huge. They do offer a complimentary shuttle to the clubhouse and a few surrounding stores which was very convenient. The pool and lazy river were great. They could use a few more tubes. The biggest problem with the resort is the QR codes not working. You would have 4 or 5 cars lined up trying to get in the gate and eventually it would open and everyone just flew through before it shut. If it wasn't for the great communication, I would have rated lower. Will look elsewhere in the future. Sorry :(

The property was exactly as listed on the website. Was large enough as there was 14 in our party. We would use this company again and even stay at the same property if we did a future trip to Disney. The only down side was that the air conditioning for downstairs was not working to the same temperature as to the rooms upstairs.
