As you drive into the Devonshire Place neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and have ended up on a Caribbean Island. The vibrant hues of the homes and the pool in the community are bright and cheerful and create a fabulous first impression of your vacation home.
Every member of the family can find something to enjoy here. The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.
If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a convenient 1-mile drive to the beautiful Kill Devil Hills beaches. Enjoy all the benefits of a single-family home on your Outer Banks vacation, including a garage, while also enjoying all the benefits of a resort experience!
The first level living room is filled with luxurious touches, such as a sofa with a chaise lounge, soothing neutral colors, shabby chic and coastal decor. Enjoy your favorite movie or TV show on the flat screen HDTV with a DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead out to the fully privacy fenced back yard, complete with a gas grill.
A sophisticated kitchen with contrasting cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a lovely center island with pendant lighting and seating for 3 await the chef in the group. This is a great space to create special meals and memories for the group, with abundant counter space and the cabinets and drawers full of everything you need. Enjoy your culinary masterpieces in the intimate dining space with a polished hardwood table for 6 and charming, eclectic decor.
Venture upstairs to the second level which has the three bedrooms. The spacious King En Suite features a coordinating shabby chic bedroom set and sliding glass doors out to the deck. The bathroom boasts double sinks and an oversized tiled stall shower. You can also find a Queen En Suite up here. The third option you have is a Queen Bedroom.

Trailers, U-Hauls, and campers are not permitted in the Bermuda Bay community.
The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Fun weekend! Big bright open space, baby had plenty of room to stretch and play, teenagers loved the layout and plenty of room for the adults outside to hang out and meet the neighbors whom were all great people. Only downside to the house was; There were blood stains on the comforter we were using and there wasn’t any propane for the grill. We went out and purchased a tank of propane because it not a huge deal and the comforter was replaced same day as our notification was sent out.

We had an amazing time, and it was nice to be off the beaten path and away from beach traffic and commotion. The neighborhood pool was a nice bonus for the family as it allowed us to get away from the ocean and into clean cool water.

Great Place and perfect for our young family of 5. Close to the pool, lots of pool toys and beachstuff left by owners and/or previous guest which was great as we forgot a few buckets and shovels! Outside of house and backyard could really use a good power washing and backyard had no grass :( grill looked like a fire waiting to happen so we only cooked inside. Will be back for sure!

We got there and there was trash under the bed and mold I. The kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Wrote the kees people an email and never got any response. Won't be returning.
