Alongside it, a self-contained sleep-out gives you extra space and flexibility: its own bedroom, a mezzanine with three single beds (great for the kids), a kitchenette and a cosy sitting area. Between the two, there's plenty of room to spread out - everyone together, but with their own space to retreat to.

Te Puia and the Whakarewarewa geothermal area are just a few minutes away, with the city centre, Polynesian Spa and lakefront around 8 to 9 minutes, and the Redwoods and Skyline about 12. Shops, cafés and restaurants are all a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around, with free parking on the property and on the street. By car, Te Puia is just 3 minutes away, the city centre around 8, Polynesian Spa about 9, the Redwoods and Skyline roughly 12, and Rotorua Airport about 15.
