Welcome to your "Fant-A-Sea" on beautiful Fripp Island beach, South Carolina's hidden jewel! This Oceanfront property is the perfect home for your next family vacation or golf outing. Ocean views abound from every room in the house. The screen porch and rear deck offer stunning views of the sea grass and the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy lounging on the screen porch and back deck while you sip your morning coffee and take in the incredible sunrise views, or curl up with a good book and listen to the sound of the waves. Located on one of the most picturesque stretches of beach on the island, you'll feel as though its your private beach. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, plenty of room for your family of 12!

This property is located close by all amenities Fripp Island has to offer (i.e Club House, Tennis Courts, Nature Center, etc). Fripp Island is a resort community and use of certain amenities require the guest to have an Resort Guest card. Facilities requiring a guest card include all golf facilities, resort dining facilities and all community pools. See additional details regarding Fripp Resort Guest cards below.

I really enjoyed my stay at this classic beach house, Fant-A-Sea. It has that older, laid back beach vibe we love at Fripp. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and felt genuinely cared for. The beach access and views were unbelievable! The host was wonderfully responsive with questions and local tips, which made the whole experience even smoother. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back.

Great communications and response for our host. The house was comfortable and perfect for our big group. Proximity to the community path to the beach was a plus. Fripp Island was beautiful and serene with deer everywhere - which we loved. Access to the restaurants and athletic amenities requires cards that you must purchase - so plan for that. Host was great coordinating gate passes. Ample parking on prem - easily 4 cars.

I absolutely loved the location of the property, it felt like you had a private beach a lot of the time. The home was large and had old beach vibes. It’s also close to Hunting beach which has amazing trails for biking or hiking. Maybe some deep cleaning would be nice, but otherwise was perfect.
