Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Morning light spreads across the private patio and fully fenced backyard here, setting a relaxed tone before the day picks up. Step through the sliding doors and you're at the pool and spa, ready for a soak or a swim whenever the mood strikes. Inside, skylights over the staircase and bright, well-arranged rooms make it easy to spread out with family or friends.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the family room accommodate up to 14 guests. The first-floor master ensuite has a king bed, a standalone shower, a large soaking bathtub, and sliding doors straight out to the pool area. A second ensuite upstairs also has a king bed. The remaining bedrooms offer 2 queen beds, 2 single beds in a themed room, and 1 full bed plus 1 twin bed. Every bedroom comes with a smart TV and ceiling fan, and the family room's sectional includes that queen sofa bed and its own smart TV.

Indoor living
A quiet, dedicated workspace sits behind a closed door in the living room for anyone who needs to log on. The air-conditioned game room is built for downtime, with a 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, and board games on hand. Younger guests have their own children's playroom stocked with life-size games, books, and toys, plus baby safety items throughout. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep things comfortable no matter the season.

Kitchen and dining
Stainless appliances and granite counters outfit the kitchen, along with an oven that has a built-in Air Fryer. A dining table gives everyone a place to gather over meals, and the essentials are on hand for cooking and for that first cup of coffee in the morning.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced backyard comes with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a private patio for lounging outside. The pool and spa are open all year, with heating available for an added cost. A charcoal grill is ready to use, or a propane grill can be rented separately. A half bath opens right onto the pool area, so no one has to track water through the house.

Amenities and essentials
Free in-unit washer and dryer access, bathroom essentials, and entertainment options including a 65-inch HDTV with multiple streaming services are all included. Families will find a crib, high chair, and outdoor playground ready to go, alongside board games and exercise equipment. Exterior security cameras face outward for added peace of mind, and parking includes four driveway spaces plus free street parking.

Set in the Orlando Area, the home puts you close to major attractions, parks, golf courses, and shopping, with free access to nearby resort facilities. A nearby path or dock leads to lake access, and a shared gym sits just close by.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
