Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.
There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.
Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

This was our 2nd time staying there perfect location,very clean. If your every in that area I highly suggest you check it out.

loved being able to park the car, no fee, and walk to shopping and dining. one block away to beach access.
The bed was comfortable, large refrigerator in our room, but other rooms had a small one. Pool was very warm so we had to call. he said someone messed with lock and raised the temp. we had unwanted guests a lot, they walk in, at night use the pool and leave trash behind. Some rooms were fully updated and some not. Not much in the kitchen.
