The “Cuore Verde” farmhouse lies in an uncontaminated nature surrounded by medieval village and historical towns centres. The house is a 17th century rural villa with few apartments hosting from 2 to 5 persons. The villa can be hired entirely to host groups from 8 to 16 people. The villa is integrated in a wonderful natural oasis with a hill that surrounds the scenario. The property is completely fenced in making a total of 18 hectares of land, 2 km from Spello. The villa has been restored and refurbished to a very high standard apartment style property. The furniture is antique

If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect.
Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great.
