🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.
There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.
Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.
📦 General Guidelines
Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.
Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.
Bag storage is available, but items are left at your own risk.
Please log out of any streaming services on the TVs. We’re not responsible for post-checkout charges.
Please do not leave personal belongings behind. We do not ship forgotten items.

Antoni is wonderful. Our room was great with a view of the pool. I love the cabanas by the pool and the dock in back where I relaxed every morning to read and drink my coffee. The beach is a short walk probably about 3 blocks to the sand. Liquor store pizza market and surf shop all a block away. Definitely walkable. Even after checkout you can use the pool and parking. Will stay again

Very clean and quiet! Came to Clearwater for a girls trip and stayed here it was so cute exactly as pictured and walking distance to everything you need.

Was very surprised that we had the second floor apt.I have a service dog and it was difficult for me to get up and down.the pool was not heated, but luckily, there was a heater in the room.Small, no kitchen utensils...ok use of bathroom. but hot water was a premiumWould not suggest a return trip.
