Confortable house (and well stocked, which may be very useful in case you forgot smthg, and fresh water and fruit juice is appreciated after a long road!), beautiful garden with trees given good shadow and a wonderful swimming pool that is definitely the masterpiece of the house during hot summer afternoons. We loved the week we spent in Valtopina. The owner is friendly and helpful. The house looks initially isolated but in fact it’s quite close to the main 2 lanes road leading to Foligno in less than 15’ and Assisi in ~25’, Perugia in ~35’. Pictures on the website are reliable . Thanks.

My family and I stayed there for two weeks. Had a wonderful and relaxing time.
The host, Francesco was a dear and quickly fixed anything that came up during our stay and had great recommendations for local wines.
