The apartment is cozy, is very bright, and has 68 m². It has panoramic views of the sea, the city and the mountains.
It has an elevator, garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, 15 m² terrace, iron, safe, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), balcony, children's area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, gym, pump heating heat, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, seasonal community + children's pool, seasonal community heated pool, 1 Smart TV.
The independent kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

The apartment is in a great location,it was modern , clean, & furnishings of a good standard. The complex was excellent with well groomed gardens & lovely swimming pools The views from the apartment were great.
Never had a problem, was very happy with my booking

Location was good, nice high floor it was surprisingly quiet at night. I liked the indoor pool, although it was more of a covered outdoor pool, it was very quiet but a bit cold in the water. The gym was more of an outdoor one like you see on the beaches but for the money both were ok.
The apartment was a bit scruffy in places - the frame around the bathroom was broken and the ironing board was falling apart and dangerous to use. The iron flex was fraying in places.
