Very bright 80 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea and the city.
It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal community+children's pool (06/01 to 09/30), communal heated pool. season (01/01 to 05/31 and from 10/1 to 12/31), at least one of the pools is open all year round, children's area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, garden, private parking space in the same building, 1 television (Smart TV), iron.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, lower Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

Spacious with a good view
Only giving 1 key. We were on the 23rd floor so everytime one of us wanted to be in we had to go all the way down walk to the front gate and then in

The whole apartment was great everything you need, fabulous views, quite and clean
The bed and pillows omg the bed was like a brick and the pillows were like concrete didn't sleep well the whole week please change them because I would rebook

Good location. Easy to access. Good value.
On the 23rd floor. Window Shutters could be noisy. Nearly got locked in the laundry room. No handle on inside of door. Needed my wife to unlock the door on the outside.
