Pros: Great location to the beach whether walking or driving. We didn't really visit the sound, so I can't comment on that. The house was clean and fit our needs for our short stay. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The use of beach equipment was great as we didn't have to bring beach chairs on our 10 hour drive. Host responded promptly to messages. Cons: It was very hot/humid and the bugs were out in full force, so we didn't get to enjoy the outside as much as I would have liked to. There was no toaster, which made breakfast for the littles difficult.

Absolutely amazing trip! The house was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. The beach wagon was so handy to have! The location of the house is great! Super short walk to the sound and not far at all to a beach access. We were able to bring our boat, which was a must for us! Can’t recommend this house enough!
